Purchase Orders are required for open accounts.

To avoid delays, please provide proper contact information on purchase orders or packing slips.  Special requests such as Rush, Warranty, Estimate, or special shipping must be notated.  "ASAP" does not constitute a Rush Repair.

Customers are encouraged to send in new items for a free evaluation.  Please include machine information and problem encountered.

All work is subject to parts availability.  Submission of an evaluation does not guarantee test, repair, or parts availability.  Revised estimates may be necessary depending on unforseen costs in materials or damage.

Warranty Policy

Innovat Corporation warrants that an eligible item is free from defects in workmanship and replacement parts for 6 months from date of invoice.  Warranty does not cover failures due to equipment problems, electrical surges, spikes, exceeding duty cycle, environmental conditions, misuse, or neglect.

To be considered for a possible warranty, call customer service at 800-626-1887 for a warranty return authorization and provide details of failure.

Warranty on machine repairs only include parts replaced and labor.

In the event a credit is requested, a final evaluation by Innovat Corporation is required.  Call Customer Service for procedure.

Terms

A 2% discount is available by paying within 10 days.  Normal terms are net 30 days.  The 2% discount does not apply to shipping & handling charges.

Mastercard & Visa accepted.

There is a $25.00 charge on returned checks.

Any account sent to a third party collection agency is responsible for all collection fees.  Open account will be terminated.

Handling fees will apply.  Orders up to $50.00 will have a $2.50 handling fee.  Orders from $50.01 to $999.99 will have a $5.00 handling fee.  Orders over $1,000 will have a $10.00 handling fee.

Customer pays shipping to and from Innovat Corporation.

It is recommended that customers always insure their items for full replacement costs.  Innovat Corporation is not responsible for any damages incurred by any freight service.

Invoices, depending on amount, may be insured at customers expense.
