Innovat Corporation has a large inventory of printed circuit boards that are ready to be tested / repaired as needed.  To do an exchange, please call customer service at 800-626-1887 to verify that a particular board is still in stock as the list is subject to change on a normal basis.  To view a list of boards for exchange, click here for Exchange Boards .

An exchange agreement form must be filled out.  Customer service will fax or e-mail you a copy.  The agreement states  your price, requests a purchase order #, and asks you to agree to send back a like, repairable board within 30 days to avoid a recharge.

The exchange program is also a good way to save money.  Should you have an emergency and need a board right away, if we have a board in stock, we might be able to ship it to you as an exchange for your core board and thus saving you the 25% emergency rush fee.

**Please note:  There are times when the exchange program may not be used; generally when our normal repair turnaround time is more than 2 weeks.
